discus help

hey everybody
can someone help me by telling me what kind of discus this is and if it is stunted or not

It could be: green discus, HB brilliant turquoise, or cobalt ...

By the body shape and its eye size confirm it. Yes, it's stunted.
With a better closed up picture could tell more.
If the fish is still young, it still has potential to grow a bit more.
The bars indicate 2 things: it's stressed out badly or it's still a young discus.

It doesn't look super young to me, the profile of the head/face seems nearly mature. I'd say stunted and pretty stressed.

How long is it to the tail? About 3 inches?

Mine aren't max size yet but there about 6 inches

Stunted Oh Yea! Turq for sure and max size maybe 4-4.5" if your lucky
