hi i recently went to a lfs and saw a blue diamond discus around 2-3 in. for $15
it had big eyes, but it had a good round shape
i was wondering if it was stunted or not
 
Generally fish at lfs are stunt. But just because a fish has big eye doesn't mean its stunt. Sometime Gloucester have to let the body catch up to the eye.

I would say stay Way from it and go for a reputable dealer.
