Discus in MILWAUKEE WI

I just hopped on over to Gary's Pet Jungle in Milwaukee.
He has some discus going for about $30 each there.
Pretty nice to grab a few if you're looking for the common strains.

A few of the PB's are highly peppered,
but the red and blue turqoise were real nice.
I also saw some blue diamonds and colbolts.
So if youre lookin for discus, check that place out.

I picked up 4 turqoise from garys about a year. Very happy with them, no problems with parasites or anything.

When I first brought them home.

what is the address??? i live in chicago, and thinking about getting discus, ive only found them for $59 so far, i might be willing to take a trip up there and buy a few. is this just a limited time thing, or are the prices always like this? thanks

They have always been $29 a piece, he just doesnt always have them in stock.

And if you're up this way, you might as well check out Aquatics Unlimited. They always have discus there, a bit more expensive, but Ive seen them as low as $45 there.

Its a limited thing, so grab them fast.
He only buys them when he gets a good price. For the most part, he has the best priced fish in town. I was at aquatics unlimited, and their discus were $89.99 for a 3in. They looked sick.

Gary's seemed very active and moving when i was there, and i did the trick; putting my finger up and they all swarmed towards me expecting food.

I was pretty close to gettin a few, but im over stocked. They had some nice turqoise just like the ones pictured there. it might be worth the drive. 6 discus for only $180!

wow.. i was about to get 3 for $180. double would be so much better! gotta check this out, ill prob call ahead of time if i go to see if they have any in stock.

There is going to be a swap meet Nov. 7 in Naperville, IL. They usually have a lot of discus and other cichilds.

nice, where is that gonna be held? its a little closer than Milwaukee, i was thinking if the drive to WI was worth the price since its like a full tank of gas plus food plus fish lol.
