Discus in San Francisco bay area

I am new to discus. I already love them. I have a tank full of 3" to 3.5" and am already wanting more. Where is everyone's favorite place for discus in the bay area? I am in the East Bay but anywhere within 50 miles is good.

Omg you have one of the best importers Right in Daly city. Kennys discus a very respected importer. He would be happy to set up a time for you to come pick out some fish. Or he can send you some photos.

sunrise tropical store front at ranch 99 has been closed for a while. i do not know where he is now i think he sells them out of his house but alot of his sales are online. i would like to check out his actual facility so i can pick out fish instead of having him pick them out. if anyone knows where hes located id like to get some discus from him as well. i got some LSS from him a while back and they were awesome. unfortunately they died bc of my mistake and now im ready for his fine fish again. what ever you do, avoid buying from aquatrader.. i bought 3 from them at an unbelievably cheap price and only 1 survived. if i had a chance to do it again, i would pay a little more and buy from sunrise or fairylake discus. the good thing about buying from local stores is that the discus are acclimated to your waters in the bayarea

I had not been to sunrise tropicals in a while, that sucks to hear that they are no longer there. Just about all of my fav stores have closed.
