discus not eating

i got a new discus and he wont eat.. been this day 3. ive tried brine/blood worms/colorbits.. i think hes afraid of my other discus or somethin.. any suggestions?

I'm not a big fan of live foods but sometimes its a good way to jump start there appetite.
Try some live tubifex worms or black worms!

they can go an unbelievably long time without eating, mine went about 9 days and when he started didnt stop. dont stress too much, the new tank with different discus and setup might be a bit more of a shock than he expected.

You can also try a garlic additive i swear by it. When ever i get a new discus especially wild ones i use the garlic

Discus is so shy fish,
the best way is add more.

and the last recommend is Don't use live tubifex.
Feed discus with Frozen bloodworm is good.

One of my shyer discus starved to death in the company of his overweight friends. So if he won't eat for two weeks, you better isolate him or something.

id put him in ahospital tank and treat him for worms/ internal parasites and try feeding them live black worms mine can never refuse them. Discus should almost always be willing to eat and if there not it could be a problem i lost 2 discus to internal parasites and it sucks.
