Discus Sick???????????

They appear to be slightly irritated.

They are "flashing" or quickly rubbing their sides over a plant every
now and then. This is not happening a lot and otherwise the fish look
great. They are eating great and seem really good all around except for
this behavior. Could this be parasitic???? I noticed this earlier this
week on 1 fish and now about 3 or 4 display this behavior. I did a 20 gallon water change (55 gallon tank)and added 5 tablespoons of API freshwater salt.

Im afraid to add more salt as I have corys and ottos with them in the tank....

hey it does sound like a paracite can you see anything on them? have a good close look espesally round the gill area...

Check for ick (white dots which look like grains of salt). Flicking and rubbing against things are usually early indications. Good Luck.
