I have a Discus juvenile around 5 months .. it has clamped dorsal / anal fin and it swims like it has no co ordination .. it is eating and colour is ok it can swim to top of tank and around the tank but sometimes looks like it gets tired and rests vertically on the bottom of the tank before it sets off again . If it’s up at top of the tank and gets gets in airstone bubbles it ends up side ways in the bubbles .. .. water parameters all ok water changes completed every couple of days aquarium salt added had a treatment of internal bacteria ... is this a swim bladder issue ?

Debbie, Welcome to the forum!!

Please provide more details on the tank including size, tank mates, how long the tank has been set up, what you feed the fish, etc.

Also provide water test results for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.

What medication did you use to treat the internal bacteria or what was the fishes symptoms you were treating?

Hard to say if it’s swim bladder, it doesn’t. Sounds like a stressed fish for sure. Discus stressed will do this. D deeda has requested some important info that’s needed. Any change in poop? Swollen belly? Weight loss?
