Discus with hole in the head. treatment?

So I recently acquired a new discus from a friend and on day two i noticed what looked to me to be hole in the head. How can i treat him?

was it caused by the stress of the move or what else could be the cause?

I honestly didn't check him out good enough to tell you if it was there before or not. he's in a 37 G quarantine tank now.
