I am thinking about putting together a Discuss tank. The tank is 18" x 18" and 26" in hight. How many can I put in there and what kind of care level is involved?

The tank doesn't have sufficient space to allow a group of discus long-term. It can work as a grow out tank for four juvenile discus but you will need a 55g or even larger sooner or later. Read this one for more information on care level. I've stressed everything about discus in this thread.
