Hi Guy's !

So some of you will already be aware that there are plans for a UK MFK Fishing trip, what i'd like to know is how many of our UK members would be interested in this ?

Me, Dixon and the rest of the staff are organising this and we'd like your input... who's up for it ?

ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOME !

Dan.

BRING IT ON!!!! lol

Here's something to get you all going a little more !!!

I went fishing on sunday morning for about 3 and a half hours and caught 13 fish, 4 Roach and 9 Perch!

Here's the biggest one too !

I decided to kep 2 smaller perch about 5" and have added them to my 180gallon so far so good !

Has Dixon PM'd you yet ?

about helping us out ?

yes i found this :

have found a little place just off the A6097 at woodborough called Covert Springs, it seems to have a good stock of carp, both mirror and common varying from 1 lb to ??25lb plus, it also has a load of silver fish and is rumoured to have a cat ?? 40 lb +. There are 2 large lakes and a smaller thinner one as well, you dont need to book and usually costs between £5 and £10 per day.....

is that any good? i gave up match fishing years ago so would be happy to put out a carp rod on an Alarm and help out. If its no good give me a part of the uk to work with and i will see what i can come up with.

Also dont forget rod licence if you havent fished in a long time you will require one can be bought on line at the time for a day.

the last time i messed about for silver fish a mate and my self had a go on the side wile carp fishing didnt have a keep net so put them in the carp landing net there is some realy good bags of silver fish in a lot of our waters if thats you thing.
