What kind of a disease when your fish is always trying to scrape their body anywhere like gravel, sand, driftwood, or other decorations and how to treat it??

I've had cichlids do that when they had ich, but I've also seen them do it for no apparent reason. Do they have any other signs of parasite/bacterial infection? White spots/patches? Are they eating? What species of fish are they? What are your water parameters?

If its ich you can heat treat the tank if the fish can tolerate high temps, but if its bacterial then heat treating could be bad.

Could also be fish lice(argulus) or flukes.
Do you feed your fish feeder fish? they can bring in the parasites above. Have you added new fish from the wild?
Are your fish covered in small whitish dots? that would be ich.
Try to get someone with experience to observe them or take a few pics and post them before you attempt a random treatment.

There's no white dots. They eat a lot. And look very healthy. I don't have fish from the wild. But I noticed that my fishes without scales do this. My fishes with scales are all fine

I know some cichlids just do that, if they eat and don't have sunken in bellies and the rock scratching isn't frequent I wouldn't be too concerned.

Besides the rock scratching, are there any other things that bring you concern? What kind of fish are doing this?

I feel like I've asked this question 10 times on mfk but are you using something to treat for chloramines? Prime?
