I’d stop the melafix. Won’t help in this case IMO. Check ur water parameters. If u don’t have a test kit then do water changes 50% twice a week. Try a broad spectrum antibiotic to cover for septicemia. It looks like trauamatic injury from hitting the tank a bit. I’d put the fish in a larger tank or a pond. Best of luck.

Do a large water change to lower the amount of bacteria in the water. Also, 32 degrees celsius is too hot and will make the bacteria spread faster. Lower your temperature to 25-27 degrees celsius. Stop using Melafix and Pimafix and either add salt and keep doing smaller daily water to changes to keep the water clean or use an antibiotic medicine from the petstore

I'm sure this won't be a popular idea, or one that you want to hear, but I really think you should choose the one single fish in that tank that you like best, and re-home all the rest. It's simply far too crowded, making it very difficult to maintain decent water quality. Several of those fish, like the aros and the RTC, are too big to stay in there even if kept alone. A water change of 20% in a tank stocked as this one is stocked would be helpful if you did it about twice a day, every day; otherwise it doesn't even come close to being sufficient.

Also...the water level is very low. If you filled the tank up, you would increase the total water volume by about 30-40% over what it is now. That alone would make a big difference in the concentration of waste products in the water.

Good luck; I think you...and those fish...will need it.
