Disease in my tropical aquarium :( help!

Hi! i have a problem in my aquarium some fish are scratching in my plants and rocks.
One female lost her tail but i don't see simptoms of finrot.

I dont know what to do because i dont see simptoms.... only scratching..

Anyone please help!

Most likely parasites or flukes. Try observing their body closely for any signs of parasites like mite or anchor worms

I did look closely but did not find anything... the only thing for sure is something is weakening them.. And i don't know a dahm thing about it..

whats your temperature at?i would raise it to at least 86 degrees to cure the scratching.once they are back to normal then set the temp to 80-82 degree.

I would use quick cure along with large daily water changes and add extra air while using the QQ
