HELP, I originally thought my flowerhorn had dropsy because his stomach was bloated. I havent fed him for 2 days and it seems that his stomach is smaller. NOW he has skin coming off his head so i think he has hole in the head. PLEASE HELP DIAGNOSE HIM. I ahve added a proper dose of pimafix and fed him a pea to purge him. Not hole in the head, that disease progresses slowly and is like erosion. Here it looks like he has a bite taken out of him.
 
Doesn't look to have a swollen abdomen to me but I would treat him for internal and external parasites.
