I came across this video today by pure accident. If I had this problem, I would have craters and raw skin. I would apply alcohol and mash,mash, mash and mash again. DO NOT LOOK AT VIDEO IF YOU ARE EASILY DISGUSTED!!! If they are in his nose, I can only assume they are all over his body.

FYI, The "chemical" as you call it is the broken, worm infested remains of a native Malaysian, Soil burrowing cockroach. This is commonly used by these fraudsters to help convince people that they are being cleansed for the purposes of conning them out of their money.

"Insanity" can be a very subjective concept huh?
