Dither fish for a 60 gallon

I have a 60 gallon tank with a parrot cichlid a striped Rafael and a gold sevrum all the fish are about and inch to two inches and they are always hiding I heard dither fish can help what fish would you recommend

Silver dollars, mascara barbs and congo tetras.

I personally would not do silver dollars in a 60 gallon, they get large and are skittish especially in small tanks. Same deal with the large barbs. Congo tetras could work. I would go more along the lines of black skirt tetras, candy cane tetras, fish that stay 2"

Black skirts would be great with what you currently have in the tank.

The only concern is the raphael catfish could get a midnight snack.

Smaller tetras as already mentioned should be good. Consider some danios as well.

Ralph catfish shouldn’t be a worry.
