Dither fish for GG ?

He's not a RTGG but i keep him in 16hr red led everyday & feed him everything from hikari to fillets of anything..hoping some natural or diet enhanced color will come through.. for now just looking for maybe 2-3 dozen dither fish to keep him company..any ideas? who has kept dithers with goramy? pls advise // i'm thinking some minnows maybe some yellowfin shiners or something not commonly kept w/ GG?

I know Asian arowanas are sometimes given WTT (White tank treatment), the white surroundings make the arowana turn lighter in colour to blend in more. The red light is probably the Op trying something similar to enhance colouring in the GG.

I don't know if the light helps but if not it stilll looks pretty cool. My GG is all grey with no red but he's only about a year and a half but maybe some color will come in sometime between now &...life!
