Dither fish for new world cichlids?

Hello. I currently have a 110 gallon with 2 blood parrots, 3 angelfish, and 2 severums. My blood parrots are really shy and I want them to come out more so what dither fish would be good to put? And how many should I get? Thanks

Depending on the size of the fish you mentioned...I use Tiger barbs for smaller fish & Tin-Foil Barbs for larger fish.

I have rainbow fish in with my 4 parrots and a few key holes. My parrots eat out of my hands and are so cute when they beg---full of personality.
