Dither fish, target fish???

Hello,

I'm looking to diffuse some of the aggression in my 150 and was wondering what the forum suggests. I currently have in the 150:

H. pearsei 12" M?F
Heros "Rotkiel" 6" M
H. temporalis 6" M
G. 'Bahia Red' 5" M
Heros severum 5" F
Heros "Rotkiel" 4" F
Sailfin Pleco 10"
Synodontis nigromaculatus 7"

Can I add any dithers to diffuse the aggression, if so what kind, or should I just hold my breath and hope for the best?

The 3 males are at each other on a regular basis and the "Rotkiel" M is starting to pick on the larger severum F. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you could always add some giant danois, silver dollars or tin foils....

I was thinking giant danois also,very fast & hard to catch

I'd go some semi-mature Congo Tetras man! ;-)


You may lose a few, but they are cheap and I'm not a big fan of dollars and sharks...

I have tinfoils as dithers in my SA Cichlid tank. They hep but there is still some aggression.

Tin Foil Barbs or Flagtail Prochilodus. Their both nice fish.

tin foils will get too large

giant danios seem to be the best selection for now
