Thank you guys a lot...

Question 2 I have a 125 with 2 large Oscars and a large Pike...
I also have a lot of hiding spots, Is thier a shoaling fish that may do well in this situation? I noticed my local Public aquarium keep very large predators with schools of Tetra... Can this be accomplished or will the Tetra just become a balanced diet???

I always recommend the same dithers for large cichlids...Filament Barbs. These are very fast, active schooling fish that I swear never sleep or they would have been eaten by my Jaguar by now. If you keep a group, they'll form a pecking order amongst themselves and never nip at your cichlids. Think of a Tinfoil Barb but twice as fast when they need to be and half the size...only 6". I've said it once and I'll say it again, these are the best dithers they make. (They're bigger than they look in the pic)
