Alright, I've got a JD and GT in a 55g (soon to be two seperate 55g's). Anywho, what are good dithers for these guys? I've heard danios, silverdollars, and barbs. Are any of these out of the question for these fish/tank size?

Thanks,
Travis

I just got dithers for my Jack last week...a pair of little convicts. They've helped a lot and haven't been beaten up at all :)

Hold on you got convicts as "DITHERS" for a Jack. Give the cons a few months and they will own that Jack.
Especially if you have a male and a female and they spawn. Dithers are supposed to be a non-cichlid species. The only cichlid i have heard as dithers are rainbows.
I would get some real dithers soon to spread agression.

id say for that size tank giant danios as TF barbs get to big and SDs like to be in shoals of 5 or more and your tank is to small for that.
