I want to level out some aggression what kind of dithers would you guys do that would look awesome in a tank with that kind of stock???

my favourite dithers in my tank with a gatf, bichir, and big tigrinus are my flagtail, yellow fin barbs and my blue hook silver dollars. other nice fish that i plan on getting are mono argentus and sebae. i suggest wide boddied fish like the monos and silver dollars tho.

I grabbed 5 silver dollars, they had some nice red hooks, about 3 at 25 each but I wasn't gonna pay that much for dithers especially since the manager wasn't there to give me my discount

Silver dollars and tinfoils are perfect. I have 4 redhooks that I picked up for $10 each about 4 months ago and ended up picking up another just today for $10 again at a different lfs. They look great in the tank and work great as dithers.

Hows the Odoe doing? I had it with silver dollars and it never try to kill them. Get them use to silver fish now before it kills anything silver

As a useful dither, geophagus are great, they will sift through the substrate in the tank and eat waste. I plan on getting some in my own predator tank, if I can find the larger varieties that won't be instant lunch

Ok so now I have 10 silver dollar dithers since I have the odoe, armatus, and now a brycon dentex. However, they eat too much of my expensive hikari jumbo sticks! Would tin foil barbs be better since they feed off the bottom, or would it be a waste because they're not mid swimmers? Or do you guys have other suggestions?
