Diverticulitus

Anyone delt with diverticulitus? Im 27 years old and doc just told me that i have it. Started with a mild belly ache but 2 days later im doubled over in pain. I eat right exercise and drink lots of water but still ended up with this at a young age. Anyone got tips with dealing with the discomfort?

I think my mom had a mild case of it when she was diagnosed with all of her allergies and stuff. She's had a sharp pain in her side for years now and no body can figure out what's wrong. She's seeing a homeopathic (or whatever) doctor right now because of it. I'll ask her about it if you want.
 
I think Brock Lesnar came down with a case of this and it sidelined him from cagefighting for almost two years.
 
my gf has had two surgerys to try correct it she has done good this second time around just somthing you learn to deal with

He was hospitalized on two occasions for it. First time he was thought to have mono, not pbass, monosculosis or something.

Then the second time they removed like over a foot of his intestines. He fought again after the surgery and got his butt wooped,
and announced his retirement that night
