Anyone know where I could find one?

I would prefer it be strong enough to keep 2 RBPs away from each other. Acrylic or plexiglass with holes for waterflow?

I still only have my single, but my fiance wants one, and I have half of a 75 gallon that isn't being used by mine. I figured if I could find a tough enough divider then they could share that tank. My fiance could have his RBP, and poor Whip wouldn't be lonely, but I wouldn't be risking his life in a shoal.

If nobody knows where I can buy one, does anybody have any tips on how I could MAKE one??

Thanks in advance!!

No problem... just pick up a piece of eggcrate from your local home improvement type place...cut it to fit and your good to go. you'll find it in the lighting section and its real name is light defuser pannel it's about $10.00 a sheet. Sorry I don't have any pictures of it handy but it's basicly a thick white plastic grid. Use suction cups to hold it in place.

They won't peel it off, or injure each other through it? I need to ask, simply because the RBP my fiance wants will only be an inch or 2, and mine is 3-4. I don't want his to get hurt.

Thanks for your help, btw!!

egg crate are find...barry the bottom with the sand or gravel and on the top side of each side of the egg crate put the suction so it won't move.

home depot 4'x2' only $10

Our nearest 'Depot is an hour away, would Lowe's have it? There's one about 15 minutes away.

Yes Lowes will have it also. When you ask one of the sales asscoiates for help, have them direct you to the accoustical ceiling tiles. Although the eggcrate is for lighting, the Lowes near me does not keep it in the lighting dept.

I made one for my Juwel Rio300 out of a piece of acrylic. I cut it to exact size and drilled loads of 20mm holes for flow. Here's a pic.

Nice for a show tank but with eggcrate you can have one on hand for every tank in case of emergancy...(something common with monster fish)

Call me crazy but I HAVE HAD TWO Red Belly Piranha in the same tank before
and DID NOT have a problem , Many people have I am sher , Many people have
not ,_ I have an Idea I want a pole _. !

The only thing I don't like to use egg crate is when you got aggressive piranha or freak out piranha they seem to run and rub again the egg crate and cause a cut on the chin.
