To divide up my tanks I have been using egg crate dividers that I tied on thin pvc pipe near the edges. I have been using the clips that came with old dividers I had to keep them in place. I am out of clips and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what I could use instead. I was thinking maybe the shower curtain hangers that look like kind of like &. I would just bend them to shape. I am just not sure they are safe. Any ideas? What is everyone else doing to hold their egg crate?

I've got pretty much the same setup for a divider and I'm using extra heater suction cups. I just drilled holes in the pvc and stuck the nipples on the suction cups into the holes, cheap, easy, and works pretty good. You just have to make sure that your pvc frame is pretty snug against the inside of the tank so that the suction cups don't work against each other.

siliconed dividers in some of my tanks, when ur done just cut the silicone

what about plastic tie wraps

What i did when i divided my 125 is that i cut the egg crate just a little bit bigget than the tank. That way it would be really strong. I had trouble putting it in, but my fish couldnt even move them.

Question. Why is it when i go to Homedepot and ask for Egg Crate they look at me like i'm Crazy.

Nice. Thanks. Now I'll Go back and tell the Same Guy.

Listen i'm looking for A Light Diffusor AKA EGG CRATE.

He swore up and down that they don't carry a Sheet of Plastic that had squares cut into it.

I even Drew it out.

Thanks

lol, you still have to get the right guy. First guy I asked where light diffusers were looked confused as hell, then went and asked another guy
