Diving beetles and fish...

Man, I have like a MILLION questions today!!!!
I was wondering if anybody had experience with diving beetles, they seem like pretty cool little guys. But my biggest question is:
Can they be kept with fish?

They'll eat small fish. Ever seen them get fed?

yep they'll eat small fish and be eaten by big fish, they could look really cool in a planted tank though
