Just out of curiosity if a large (medium pool sized) marine tank was setup as a reef, stocked with fish, coral and inverts would a diver in the tank upset the chemistry of the water dangerously?
Thanks!
I would carefully rinse off before diving in a tank, but you shouldn't have any problems. I know someone with a 20k gallon reef tank that he dives in to clean glass and place corals.

I've spent close to 1400 hours of my life in big tanks/displays.
It's the best way to clean the big ones... and sometimes it's the ONLY way to clean them.
