DIY 20 dollar LED setup.

So I wanted LEDs for my tank because I like the shimmer effect. So I did some searching and found a 10w LED 12v flood light on ebay. I put two of them on my 125 and it is just about perfect with a slight dark spot in the center of the tank. I may add one more but I doubt it. I think the two 10s is just about perfect and looks great. This video does not do the tank justice now!

Also the darker spots in the tank are nowhere near as dark as my phones camera is making them out to be. It is a pretty well blended setup

I have 3 of those, great lights but id suggest to get the cool white vs warm white, cool white I think is 6500k

I did get the cool white. I might put a 3rd one in the middle and put a blue film over it for a moon light. No, you will need a power supply. I used an old laptop charger, but you can find a 12-24v supply on ebay for under 15 shipped.

So we decided to add a 3rd one in the middle but we are going to get one that changes colors so during the day it will be white and blue at night for a moon light
