ofcourse theres a way. the same way people on this forum buil 500gallon tanks!! i dont think it would be woth it. it would cost like 200 bucks or maybe 100bucks to build one, when you could buy one with a stand for like 70bucks.
Probably not worth it financially, but you could get local estimates for the glass pieces just to see how much it would run you. Smallest DIY I ever built was a 44G 'cube', but it wasn't too cost effective...
