Here are some pictures of a metal tank stand I constructed.
The tank itself has yet to be build next month or so.

I really like that stand. Looks nice and stong, and the plywood is a good touch. Great work. What dimensions will the tank be?

Thanks, the tank will be L 180 cm x D 115 cm x H 80 cm. That is 71" x 45" x 32" if I am not mistaken. The frame is entirely made of square profile 5x5 cm (2"x2") and has a wall thickness of 3 mm.
The placing of the legs is assymetrical to accomodate existing doors so that the cabinet that will come around it, will harmonize with the other funiture already in the room.
I already started to assembel the cabinet (will post some pictures later this week).

Thanks fot the kind words, but I am sure I am going to make lots of mistakes if I keep on posting here :D
 
Sweet looking stand. Nice looking weld work. Post pics when you get all of this done, setup, and Monster lurking!
