DIY 55 Gallon Acrylic Sump

I decided to model a large sump after the ecosystem miracle mud sump. Found some plans on the net and once I had acquired some acrylic which was 1/2 inch thick. I know that 1/2 inch is crazy but when you get free acrylic beggers cant be choosers. I learned alot about working with acrylic doing this project. I only had 1 leak and patched it with some scrap pieces of acrylic.

Looks good, but I see you've made a few of the baffles full height. I hope there is no way for the gaps under them to get blocked or you're going to have a flood.
