ok well i while back my 75g sprung a leak so i deced to reseal.... well one thing lead to another disater after disater so i ending up leavin the hobby i was out for amlost a year:irked: so now i'm geting back to it:D. i am making my own live rockout of cement and salt. i have about 23lbs right now. the stand is a blk stand from pets mart. i woulod have built one but nooo parents think that it be ugly so they bout a 250$ stand instead. i had to cut of a decent chunk of my stand to fit the filter and i cut a litle to far as you can see in th vid so i had to use a 1x2 to fix that. i'll be adding a ton of braceing by using L brackets on all coners, i always have a fear of it breaking on me so thats why i'm using a ton of L brakets. i made the filter out of a ten gallon with a side pannel from another ten gallon as the media holder and heater area. i'll only be using a filter sock for now. it has about 8 gallons of room for a refumgium(sp) i'll have two 21 watt light fitures above the filter for micro alge and that good stuff. i'll be buy reef sand and using live sand to seed it. same with the filter. i'll have about 140lbs of live sand and about 100lbs of live rock. for now i won't have a protein skimmer but before i have the corals go in i'll get one. i'll have videos up in about 10 mins:) if you ahve any questons ask me :)
