diy acrylic tank

thinking of building an acrylic tank to fit my 90gal stand but i want to make it 36" high. how thick do you sugest geting the acrylic? and what weld do you prefer? the runy stuff or the 2 part pastystuff?

You'll need 1" thick material and it's going to cost you a fortune!

it needs to be welded together using catalytic cement from what I have been told.
