Diy background question

I'm going to make a 3d aquarium background out of styrofoam. I got the idea from a YouTube video. My first question is what type of concrete do I need to use. Is there anything I should watch out for? my second question is what type of paint do you guys use that is safe for aquariums. My final question is will any 100 percent silicone based glue work for aquariums?
