Anyone have any idea how to fix a broken center brace on a 37 gallon tank ? the tank is glass i can see it bow to an amount that makes me uneasy. any ideas would be useful.

get 1/4'' piece of glass 3'' wide and silicone it in like a euro brace in the middle

i have a 10'' piece on my 72'' tank and its fine now for 2 years

Here is mine. All I could find around the house when it broke, been going for like 6 months now. Took a big clamp and pushed the tank back together until the brace touched, then screwed the wood shims to the bottom of the brace.

My brace is about to go on my 55. I'm going to get a piece of stainless steel and shape it into a "T", with a little bend along the top of the "T" to go along the face of the tank (still hidden behind the frame). I'm then going to epoxy it in with some 30 minute epoxy. You could take the same idea and modify it for your use. Just make sure you have a large area to apply the epoxy to the steel and the tank, so the epoxy doesn't shear off the framing.
