DIY chiller

looking for some info on DIY chillers, for freshwater aquarium. Ive heard you can use fridges, air conditoners, and dehumidifiers.
 
Rip a water fountain out of the wall at your closest elementary school. They have chillers in them......
All you need is a ski mask, the cover of darkness, and a lack of morals and your good to go...

I forgot about this thread =(, anyone else have an info on how or what to use for a homemade chiller?
 
You could also poke a hole through each side of a mini fridge, run some tubing through and inside the fridge all coiled up like a radiator, adjust the flow so that you have the temp right and Bobs your uncle, you have a chiller....
