CO2 Diffuser Idea, I wouldn't consider myself an expert on this but, recently I've grew bored of my unplanted full of rock cich tanks and I've decided to turn one into a planted tank or atleast give it a shot.
I've always liked doing it my way and trying different DIY Techniques rather then buying full setups. I've done alot of research of pressurized CO2 Diffuser apart from the yeast/Pop bottle technique having pretty much a non maintence system for a little more money definetly pays off in my eyes.
Here is my idea:
I plan to run a 2.5-5lbs CO2 Pressurized Aluminum Cylinder under my tank connected to a regulator and off the reg i'm going to try to run my needle valve with the connected glass bubble counter, The glass cylinder is filled with water approx 3/4 full. Then out the top CO2 Tubing runs to my One way vavle preventing backflow CO2; From the One way valve into my Ladder Flipper into my tank.
I will attach my diagram onto this thread:
*** The Ladder Flipper is just put in the tank, I don't know where I will place it most likely at the back of the tank near my filter.
I would really appreciate anyone with alot of expirence in CO2 Diffusion to give me some feedback if they suggest anything or even if this will work before I try to build it myself. I really appreciate any feedback that I get and it will all be used to tweak my brainstorming.
