DIY CO2 mix for one liter

I use the Red Sea Bio-CO2 set up for my tank. I was wondering if anyone had a DIY recipe for it. I know the refills are sugar and yeast, but I don't know the right amounts to mix. The bottle/reactor holds one liter of water, so I need a mix to work with that.
