Just go to home depot and buy an egg crate, then cut it to size.

here's a couple pics of the one i just built for my 125. I made a frame out of 1/2" pvc and zip tied some egg crate to it. I normally just use the egg crate it's self and hold it in place with a few suction cups but I had all this stuff laying around and was bored.

took this out of my fry tank recently not that impressive, acrylic sheet with drilled holes in it, rounded bottom so it doesnt damage the silicone. also used bubble wrap on the edges so fry dont slip by.
