Recently built my 55 gal sump and drilled an acrylic sheet for the drip plate. It works but i feel it could have turned out better and would like to redo it. Any advice? can i buy a drip plate somewhere? thanks guys!

how did you make the drip plate you currently use? What I do is just an acrylic sheet, about 1/4" thick, and drill holes ever inch, both length wise and width wise. That spreads the water out over the whole drip plate, but doesn't restrict the flow. Any bit from 3/16" to 1/4" should work.

Just to save you a little gas, Home Depot does not stock the plastic pegboard (or much anything else you need right then). Lowes does but you have to hunt for it. Most of the employees don't know that they carry it and will tell you that they don't. The service desk can look it up to tell you where it is.
