DIY Feeding

well i was looking in the diy projects and ideas section, and i see this thread: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12689

here it says how to make your own frozen fish food and make me think, what kind of ingredients will make my fish grow faster, stronger, and with better colors..? this is cause i'm ready to make my own mix..and really what to give my babys the best..

right now i have a pice of salmon and dont remember the other fish meat name...

what kind of fish? Discus people often feed beefheart mixes. Central american cichlids seem to like fish & shrimp mixtures. Mix some lean high-protein meat with some quality flake food, spirulina powder and multivitamins. Use gelatin to bind it.

well today is tha day..
im trying the mix right now..
the ingridients are : - 1 pice of salmon
- 1 pice of other fish
- & spinach
- 3 difrent multivitamins
- some tetra cichlid food grounded

i will try to make it simple..
and hopefully tonight will be tested
