yea im new at the do it your self stuff but i want to biuld a fish trap and i was wondering if some one could help me build one and how much the cost would be

take a 2 liter bottle and cut the spout off where it starts to curve, turn it inside out and seal it somehow.. ..put some bait in the bottom.. fish swim in and can't get out.
just use a coke bottle
it worked for me... but if you have money to spare, midnight's trap is perfect..
it worked for me... but if you have money to spare, midnight's trap is perfect.. i think i will try the 2 liter thing so how would u weight it down would u just tie some fishing string to it and put fishing weights on it or will it just sink itself
it shu=ould sink if you fill it up with water but you could just put a rock in it! but one important thing to remember is that the spout you reattach should be able to come off because it would be almost impossible to get it back out!
unless you have two spouts on one and the one that is inside out has a cap on it so you can just opour out the trapped fish!

or the 20 oz coke bottle could be a 1 time trap kinda thing ya know like cut seaal it then one u have fish cut it again at the seal and if ur lucky u could seel it up again
