im debating removing the impeller on my fluval 205 (180gph) and hooking the output tube to the intake of a sumbersible pond pump(800gph) thus sucking the wather through the fluval intake, through filter media and back into the tank via pond pump. would the canister leak because of added pressure ? or would it matter pushing more water over the same amount of media? any suggestions?
