DIY fry food cultures

I am raising Rosy barb fry right now and there appears to be 10-20 of them. I have been feeding the baby brine most days but wanted to raise up another culture for variety. I tried the infusioria and parecium cultures but they haven't worked for me... what do you guys make? And also how do you know the culture has worked?

If you have a room that no one use like cellar then you could culture microworm.

Haven't tried them yet but vinegar eels don't seem to be too complicated
