DIY Heater Covers...Anybody got a link for this? I was thinking black pvc around heater with holes or slits drilled around it, with suction cups on back. Thanks in advance if you find a link....

I think you'd be better off with black plastic mesh or screen zip tied into a tube with pvc end caps glue gunned or siliconed to the ends. drilling and cutting abs or pvc is too much of a hassle.

Just a side note, black pvc is hard to find and expensive. The more common alternative is abs, which is also black. Unfortunately abs is for waste water usage and can potentially leech things into the tank.

You've pretty much summed up the build on your own. Grab some PVC, drill a ton of holes in it and attach some suction cups to the back. If you can't find black PVC, you can paint it with some Krylon Fushion.
