ok so i am going to attempt to make a large capacity canister filter. this will be me second DIY canister filter and so i learned a bunch from the first canister. i have the workings in my mind but i need to find all the stuff i am looking for to actually do this project and one thing is a pump. i am kinda stumped on the pump thing and was wondering if ya'll had any good ideas. i don't have much experience with different pumps so i thought i would come to yall. here is what i am looking for
-external pump
-energey effitient (low wattage
-large gal/hr (1200 plus)
-the quieter the better
-durable
i would like people that have had personal experience to give me recomendations seeign that i might pm them to ask a few questions but once i get started on the project i will be sure to post pics on how i made it and every thing.
