I have got all my supplies
Coral and oyster shells
Portland white cement
Rock salt

Questions are after I have made my molds and let them harden can I boil the rocks will that speed up the five week process of soaking the rocks?

Thanks for the help

No. The timeframe is at least a few weeks. Boiling won't help, it will hurt. Depending on the size you can throw them in the back of a toilet and it will speed up the process. The hot water would hurt the concrete. The key is water circulation and water changes, hence why the back of a toilet is a good space.

I've made about 150-ish pounds. Most of mine had to air cure because of the size/shape, which took about 6 months (I didn't use salt crystals because I wanted a stronger structure).

Is marketing diy rock worth it have been doing more and more reading and people say it's almost impossible to get there on down
