I wanted something not so bright that it stressed my fish so i decided to make my own for about 25$

Walmart had the only 2 items i needed

Its to dim to take a picture of from my phone atleast i got to wait till its really dark.....

But that was what i wanted was not to bright to disturb fish and even the most timid one does not seem to mind he still comes out with it on

sorry no tank pictures.....
i can see the tank fairly well its not the brightest as intended, and you can only really see the silowet of the fish when swimming

but my photo wont show it when taking pictures, even in pitch black.... im impressed, its exactly what i was going for and being that the tank is in out room even with the light on it will not bother anything because its less light than a night light would be.... and im going to keep a close eye out but from the looks of things the fish seemm to not mind it and being catfish that never show there face thats saying alot when they do and dont care

walmart was where i got them and its 2 simple products

LED crystal light bars made by custom accessories - in the automotive section (under dash lights for car)

and a car to wall adapter made by onn- in the electronics section (simple, it plugs in to the wall and makes it where a round cigerette lighter plug in can plug in to it)
