I need a few suggestions as to what I can use for a DIY bio/ mechanical filter. My old filter for the pond got cracked RIGHT on the seam for the canister. So any suggestions? I also have a UV, should the UV go first or after in the filter system? And filter media?

I can't really remember the pond size but it has a ledge going all the way around it. The ledge is 15 inches from the very top of the pond. The very bottom of of the pond to the top is 3 feet. The pump doesn't have the gph rate on it and I don't really remember it's gph. I'm stocking it with two ID sharks, a Florida gar, guppies, and MAYBE a Lima shovelnose. gravity.
