i am building a pvc overflow out of 3/4 sch 40. the main tank is a 125 and the sump is a 55g. i am planning on using a mag 7 as return pump. I was wondering if this is ok.

Is this for the Pondmaster Mag 7? (Those are the first ones that came up.)
If I read the stickies and the Mag 7 specs right, then you will have an overflow of max 337 gph at 3/4". While, the mag 7 can handle 350 gph at a 7 foot head (300 at 8 feet.)

Use pothos plants works better then the plants your using.
